Pricing for runs
Copies of the same item print together on one plate and share the colour changes, so the price per piece falls as you add copies. On top of that, bulk pricing takes 5% off from 10 pieces, 10% from 20, 15% from 50, 20% from 100, 30% from 500, 35% from 1,000 and 50% from 10,000 of the same item. Getting your logo ready
You need your logo as a 3D model with a colour set for each part, saved as a 3MF. If you only have a flat logo (an SVG or a high-resolution image), you can import an SVG into Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer, give it some height, and set a colour for each part. Our multicolour 3MF guide walks through it.
Keep text bold and at least 1 mm wide for each stroke, and raise logo details 1 to 2 mm above the base. Fine lines in small logos may need thickening to print cleanly.

Is there a minimum order for promotional products?
No. You can order a single piece to check it, then reorder as many as you need.
How do bulk discounts work?
Bulk pricing applies from 10 pieces of the same item at the same settings and colours: 5% off at 10, rising to 50% off at 10,000 or more. The quote applies it automatically.
Can each piece have a different name?
Yes. Each name is a separate file, so upload them together, or lay several names out on one plate in a single 3MF.
Can you print in our exact brand colours?
We print from our filament range, which covers most common brand colours. We cannot mix custom colours, so pick the closest match on the quote.
Do you ship merchandise Australia-wide?
